Responsibilities

Sales Engineering

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical queries and addressing customer concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and persuasive technical proposals and documentation.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

New Business Development

  • Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients for new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
